Summertime is hot and it will make you sweat
Sometimes just ten minutes is all it takes and you’re drenched
Make you change your clothes so damp, smelly, and wet
That’s because it passes back again through the skin that you get
Summertime doesn’t care whether you’re black, brown, or white
It can burn your skin if for a while you’re playing outside

Why It Rains on TuesdaysOnce upon a time plus two makes three. There was a dance hall called the Tuesday Club. Every Tuesday the doors opened and the people from the sky came to dance. They played music by Sam Cooke, Lawrence Welk, Merle Haggert, and others. When the sun went down they opened the finest champagne bottle to loosen everybody up. After a while, about a minute past 9:30, the Sky Group Dancing Troop led everyone up into the clouds to show them a real good time

Just one pint of the juiciest packed in its plastic container filled with strawberries
Looking for the reddest, biggest, plumpest, but not too soft strawberries
Looking for a bulging box overflowing box to get the most bang for the buck
Finally after searching through and through I find one
It's a box with some strawberries who are a little green, but better than the rest
And a folding chair?
Yeah, I told the farmer I'd help take some things back to the truck
